Two conference days at the Fairmont Golden Prague: meeting-venue and accommodation sourcing, set-up and flow, two offsite dinner locations sourced with transportation, welcome gifts and game prizes — delivered with our own people on-site, plus back office, flower styling, local DMC and AV. When an airline strike hit mid-event, we rebooked participants' flights overnight. The programme never noticed.

Founder of Michaela Malone Events LLC, with 19+ years as an international meeting planner and travel director. Hotel operations and event management experience spanning New York, Tampa, Hamburg and Bristol — the hands-on foundation behind Equentora's on-site execution.
MSc in Marketing and Transformative Economy from Università della Svizzera italiana. Cut her teeth coordinating cultural events and on-site logistics for the City of Bellinzona, and brings that same hands-on approach to event planning and sourcing at Equentora.
